This blog post tells of a remarkable synchronicity that happened recently. It also contains an extract from A Mind Beyond Words.
I love it when the universe sends me messages…
For the first time in a long while, I’m due to travel on a railway journey to the town where I first met Asher. I spent many years living there and it was his home for the first 16 years of his life. When he was a child, we often used to travel on this railway line up to London together. Indeed, it was on those journeys that he began telling me some of the revelations he was discovering from his out of body experiences.
Although neither of us now lives there, I still have friends and relatives in ‘Bellington’ (as I’ve called our home town in A Mind Beyond Words) so I occasionally return there.
When I was writing my book, Asher gave me an analogy for the way he is now able to share information with me telepathically, but can no longer speak directly or write about his knowledge. He tells me he needs me to tune into his mind and bring his thoughts ‘down to earth’ and share them with others.
He used that familiar railway line, which has parallel tracks with trains travelling between London (which he uses to represent The Realms) and Bellington (which he uses to denote earth, or physical life). He picked a tiny station roughly half way between the two, which I’ve called ‘Stanebridge’ as the place where his ‘line’ is broken.
This is how it’s recorded in the book (which, of course, was written months ago):
Asher: My train, travelling on the Asher Line, has run over some faulty points. Some of its carriages have become uncoupled from the rest. Let’s say this problem happened near Stanebridge. My train can still travel between London and Stanebridge and carry my passengers (thoughts) on that part of the line. However I can’t get them to Bellington.
Your train is running on the Jes Line. It runs parallel to mine. If my thoughts/passengers want to reach Bellington, they can — with a certain degree of difficulty — get out of my train at Stanebridge, move across the track and make their way on to your train, which will convey them safely to their destination.
Because my train can’t jump across to your line, it has to keep travelling between Stanebridge and London, collecting more passengers, while you shuttle them along your clear line to Bellington.
Well today I sat down to book my tickets for my forthcoming journey. When I clicked on the train company’s website and searched for journeys on my chosen date between London and Bellington there was a warning sign that there would be disruption.
It turned out that on that particular day, every train from London will terminate at Stanebridge, due to engineering work. Passengers will then have to disembark and make their way across to replacement buses in the station forecourt, which will convey us to Bellington.
Seems I will literally be travelling on the ‘Jes line’ that day!
Whether this is a synchronicity, sent as a knowing wink from the Universe, or whether Asher, whose Realms are outside of space and time, saw this future event when he gave me that analogy I’m not sure, but it certainly felt ‘meant’ in some form.
